Obtain a registration packet and video from Nancy Honse, Team Recruitment Chair or another committee member.
Recruit 8 to 15 team members. This can be co-workers, friends, family, neighbors....

Complete the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM and turn it into Amy Metzger. This form can be turned in as soon as you know you're going to have a team!!
Collect the $10/person registration fee from your team members. Turn it in with the completed PARTICIPANT registration forms as soon as possible. Each team member should complete a PARTICIPANT registration form. We'll take teams right up to the day of Relay, however if possible we'd like to have your team registered by May 23, 2007.
Meet with your team to determine how you will raise your team donation. Each team member should collect at least $100 in donations. Click here for fundraising ideas.
Collect the money and turn it in to the Organizing Committee at any monthly meeting.
Divide up responsibilities to team members for logistics for the event.
- Will your campsite have a theme? Who will decorate?
- Will you have team t-shirts? Who will coordinate?
- Who will bring tent(s).
- Who will bring coolers.
- Who will bring food and what kinds.
- Who will bring drinks and what kinds.
- Who will set up the tent at event.
- Who will take down the tent after event.
Set up your walking schedule to cover the 18 hour event. This can be broken up however best suits your team...1 hour slots are common, but 1/2 slots are good also.
Maintain ongoing communication with your team members about Relay plans and updates. Keep them excited about raising their monies and being a part of this awesome event!
